Golden Valley Christian Church

Last Sunday was a very good day.  The weather was cooler, our attendance was up, and we had a good spiritual service.  Paula Phillips sang one of the beautiful, old-time hymns, "Turn Your Eyes upon Jesus."  Music is a very important aspect of worship at Golden Valley Christian Church.  Music can reach people in ways that mere words cannot.  We have been abundantly blessed with musical talent in our church.

Bro. Tim's message was so relevant to each listener in the congregation.  The message was entitled "How to Care."  As Christians, we are encouraged to help one another.  What better way to show our Lord Jesus, than caring for others in our church and community?  Did you know the Apostle Paul had over one hundred names listed as his friends, and encouraged others to imitate him in this endeavor of caring?  We have a very informal evening service called "Share & Care."  These times are so beneficial to all who attend, with the idea of showing our love and care for others.

The Golden Valley Christian Church meets at 611 South Third Street in Clinton.  Our Sunday Bible classes begin at 9:30 AM, morning worship is at 10:30 AM, and evening study is at 6:00 PM.  Our full-time minister is Bro. Tim Randall (office phone # 660-890-0252), and our website is www.goldenvalleycc.org.  We are happy to invite you to attend our services, where you will always receive a warm welcome.
